First To Know Portfolio

When searching listings in First To Know, you may add listings to your Favorites list from the listing summary or detail page. This section allows you to quickly review all of your Favorites.

See your most recent Saved Search Criteria and access all Saved Search results for the last 120 days here.

Real Time Market Analysis allows you to track market activity within an area. All market activity, including new listings, open houses, price changes, and sales will be displayed on your neighborhood map. Return to First To Know any time to see new activity and market trends in your neighborhood.

Price Tracker allows you to set a target price for a property. If the listing price for the property meets or drops below your target price, Price Tracker will notify by email.

Comments sent by your agents since your last login to First To Know appear below. Click "Comments" in the right navigation to view a summary of all Comments. You may comment on listings from the Recommended Listings, Favorites or Comment Summary pages.
